96层TLC+群联主控|新一代英睿达P2 500GB实测

<p><span>英睿达近一年来在</span><span>SSD</span><span>产品上的布局颇有烈火烹油、鲜花着锦之感,不仅产品日益成熟,也走出了自己的路。之前我们评测过的英睿达</span><span>P5 SSD</span><span>,用的是美光自家主控,也算打破了美光只做颗粒,不做主控的</span><span>“</span><span>传统</span><span>”</span><span>。</span></p>

<p><span>今天入手的,是一款</span><span>500GB</span><span>容量的</span><span>Crucial</span><span>英睿达</span><span>P2 M.2 2280 NVMe</span><span>固态硬盘(以下简称英睿达</span><span>P2</span><span>)。从</span><span>P5</span><span>和</span><span>P2</span><span>两款产品的定位来看,与西数的黑盘和蓝盘差不多,更为相似的是,双方采用了黑、蓝两色的包装也非常相似。不过在产品设计上,</span><span>P5</span><span>的自家主控上也做出偏性价比的选择,对于消费者而言算是较有亲和力的。而这块</span><span>P2</span><span>,或许在性价比上更受欢迎</span><span>。</span></p>

<p><strong>重新</strong><strong>TLC</strong><strong>并非返潮</strong><strong>流</strong></p>

<p><span>话题回到今天的</span><span>P2</span><span>,相对第一代的</span><span>P2</span><span>,</span><span>SSD</span><span>最大的升级莫过于采用了美光原厂的</span><span>96</span><span>层的</span><span>3D NAND TLC</span><span>,</span><span>FBGA Code</span><span>为</span><span>NX959</span><span>,与</span><span>P5</span><span>采用的</span><span>NW969</span><span>略有区别。我们留意到,前一代的</span><span>P2</span><span>和</span><span>P1</span><span>均采用了</span><span>QLC</span><span>颗粒,而</span><span>P2</span><span>重回</span><span>TLC</span><span>,是否有为了性能和稳定性,从</span><span>BX200</span><span>到</span><span>BX300</span><span>重新使用</span><span>TLC</span><span>的类似路线呢</span><span>。</span></p>

<p><span>我们都知道,</span><span>SSD</span><span>性能提升包含更高的接口带宽,比如</span><span>PCIe 4.0</span><span>,还包含更优化的主控算法和颗粒密度。</span><span>3D NAND TLC</span><span>颗粒的堆叠如今已经从</span><span>32</span><span>层、</span><span>64</span><span>层,实现了市场主流产品向</span><span>90+</span><span>层过渡,更为重要的是,美光</span><span>176</span><span>层</span><span>TLC</span><span>的也马上就要实现量产,选择更为稳定的颗粒其实也是符合市场需求的</span><span>。</span></p>

<p><strong>更新主控只为更稳</strong><strong>定</strong></p>

<p><span>此外,主控更新也是这一代</span><span>P2</span><span>上的不同。我们在官方网站上查询到</span><span>P2</span><span>的主控依旧是慧荣的</span><span>SM2263</span><span>,但我们在新一代的</span><span>P2</span><span>上看到的却是联群的</span><span>PS5013-E13-31</span><span>,虽然</span><span>SM2263</span><span>是</span><span>2017</span><span>年推出,而</span><span>E13</span><span>是</span><span>2019</span><span>年推出的主控方案,但更换主控前后性能差异是非常小的:两者均为入门级的主控方案,采用</span><span>4</span><span>闪存通道、</span><span>PCIE 3.0 x4</span><span>设计,兼容</span><span>TLC</span><span>和</span><span>QLC</span><span>闪存,最大容量</span><span>2TB</span><span>。</span></p>

<p><span>其实无论新老主控,均采用</span><span>DRAMLess</span><span>无缓存订制方案,比如</span><span>E13-31</span><span>和</span><span>E13T</span><span>公版性能有一定的差距,我们无意于探讨主控存储策略等深层问题,只是想阐明的是,新老两个主控均为久经市场验证的主流产品解决方案,对于产品稳定性也是非常有益的</span><span>。</span></p>

<p><strong>带来惊喜的速度测</strong><strong>试</strong></p>

<p><em><span>AS SSD Benchmark1GB</span><span>和</span><span>10GB</span><span>测试数</span><span>据</span></em></p>

<p><span>或许正是闪存颗粒的变化,新一代</span><span>P2</span><span>的速度给我们带来很大的惊喜。在官方网站上公布的</span><span>512GB P2</span><span>的顺序读写速度为</span><span>2300 MB/s</span><span>和</span><span>940 MB/s</span><span>,但在</span><span>AS SSD Benchmark</span><span>实测中(</span><span>1GB</span><span>)其顺序读写速度达到了</span><span>2080.45MB/s</span><span>和</span><span>1717.40MB/s</span><span>,</span><span>10GB</span><span>的测试成绩也相差无几,这说明主控算法和颗粒稳定是可以信赖的</span><span>。</span></p>

<p><em><span>外媒评测参数</span><span>表</span></em></p>

<p><span>为了验证是不是中文官网参数更新滞后,我们再次在国外官方网站和外媒评测网站上验证该参数,发现依旧与中文官网相同(也有可能公布的均是上一代的</span><span>QLC</span><span>产品参数)。在我们手中评测的这块</span><span>512GB</span><span>的</span><span>P2</span><span>,甚至与</span><span>1TB</span><span>的产品读写速度相差无几</span><span>。</span></p>

<p><em><span>CrystalDiskMark 1GiB</span><span>和</span><span>64GiB</span><span>测试数</span><span>据</span></em></p>

<p><span>CrystalDiskMark</span><span>的测试数据同样也验证了这一点,读写速度分别达到了</span><span>2338.49MB/s</span><span>和</span><span>1858.43MB/s</span><span>,仅是</span><span>64GiB</span><span>的模式下,读写数据超出缓存后写入速度出现了明显的下跌,仅为</span><span>846.29MB/s</span><span>。</span></p>

<p><span>PCMARK</span><span>的测试是很能体现硬盘在实际应用中的表现的,在存储测试项目中,</span><span>P2</span><span>取得了</span><span>5052</span><span>的成绩,在近期我们评测的类似配置产品中,这个成绩算是很不错的</span><span>。</span></p>

<p><span>另外,在</span><span>HD Tune Pro</span><span>的读写测试中我们可以看到,</span><span>P2</span><span>的读写曲线是非常稳定的,但也现了另外一个很有意思的现象,</span><span>P2</span><span>的写入速度甚至超出了读取速度,除了在主控中预设的门限之外,估计也跟主控和测试软件间的调试有关</span><span>。</span></p>

<p><span>无论如何,都不可否认英睿达</span><span>P2</span><span>所表现的出色且稳定的素质,这与美光在</span><span>3D NAND</span><span>颗粒生产上多年积累的底蕴分不开,同时,这块</span><span>NVMe SSD</span><span>的定价也相当不错,京东官方旗舰店上</span><span>396</span><span>元(</span><span>512GB</span><span>)的价格在同级别产品中还是相当有竞争力的</span><span>。</span></p>

<p><span>有些遗憾的是,英睿达</span><span>P2</span><span>在国内市场仅提供了</span><span>250GB</span><span>和</span><span>500GB</span><span>的版本,而其国外官网上公布的</span><span>1TB</span><span>和</span><span>2TB</span><span>版本还暂时没有进入国内市场。其实国内</span><span>PC</span><span>市场的发展步伐人们在影音、游戏两端更大的需求来看,英睿达的步子完全可以更大更果断一些</span><span>。</span></p>

<p><em><span>EF</span><span>点</span><span>评</span></em></p>

<p><span>按英睿达</span><span>2020</span><span>年的产品发布和市场表现来看,</span><span>P2</span><span>应该是它打进主流市场的最重要一张牌,市场也绝对有空间接受它的加入。从这块</span><span>512GB</span><span>产品展现出的性能来看,其性能稳定性是非常出色的,实际使用的表现也是值得肯定的。特别是考虑到它出色的性价比,有理由相信会得到更多用户的追捧</span><span>。</span></p>
