<p><span>近年来,在车载领域和工业设备领域中,应用的大功率趋势加速,这就要求产品进一步节能。因此,对于用来检测电流的分流电阻器也提出了支持大功率的要求,并且还需要具备在节能驱动应用时所需的高精度电流检测功能。</span><span>ROHM</span><span>的</span><span>GMR</span><span>和</span><span>PSR</span><span>系列分流电阻器产品即使在大功率条件下使用,也可以高精度地检测电流,非常适用于车载、工业设备及消费电子的大功率应用。</span></p>
<p><span>新开发的GMR320具有10W的额定功率和5m</span><span>Ω</span><span>~100m</span><span>Ω</span><span>的阻值阵容,非常适用于车载引擎ECU和前照灯、工业设备和白色家电的电源和电机等应用。通过采用</span><span>R</span><span>OHM</span><span>自有</span><span>的材料和结构,与普通产品相比,成功地抑制了23%的表面温升,因此,该产品不仅在额定功率10W级产品中尺寸超小,而且在承受过电流负载时表现出出色的耐用性。此外,</span><span>该产品的</span><span>电阻体金属采用高性能合金材料,即使在低阻值范围也具有出色的电阻温度系数(TCR</span><span>※</span><span>1</span><span>),从而能够进行高精度且高度可靠的电流检测。</span></p>
<p><span>与此同时,对于作为大功率分流电阻器获得高度好评的“PSR系列”,通过施以引脚温度降额,将额定功率的保证值扩展至最大15W,并且还改善了电阻温度系数的规格值。“PSR系列”拥有从0.1m</span><span>Ω</span><span>~3.0m</span><span>Ω</span><span>的超低阻值阵容,与“GMR系列”同为小型封装,都支持大功率和高精度检测,有助于汽车和工业设备</span><span>实现</span><span>小型化。</span></p>
<p><span>新产品“GMR320”已于2021年2月开始量产(300日元/个,不含税)。前期工序和后期工序的生产基地均为ROHM Integrated Systems (Thailand) Co., Ltd.(泰国)。</span></p>

<p><span>当在大功率条件下使用分流电阻器时,抑制产品表面温升是一个亟需解决的课题。新产品通过改进材料并采用ROHM自有的结构,提高了散热性能,并大大抑制了表面温度的升高。例如,当在7W条件下使用5m</span><span>Ω</span><span>产品时,普通产品的表面温升达到154.3</span><span>℃</span><span>,而新产品</span><span>的</span><span>表面温升仅为117.8</span><span>℃</span><span>,减少23%。</span></p>
<p><span>由于其出色的散热性能,不仅实现了10W级产品中超小的7.1mm×4.2mm尺寸</span><span>,</span><span>而且在过电流负载时电阻值也不会发生变化,可以保持稳定的性能。</span></p>
