<p><span>全球知名半导体制造商ROHM(总部位于日本京都市)新开发出四款</span><span>兼具</span><span>出色的</span><span>降噪</span><span>和低损耗特性的600V耐压IGBT IPM*</span><span>1</span><span>(Intelligent Power Module)“BM6437x系列”,该系列产品</span><span>可内置于</span><span>空调</span><span>、</span><span>洗衣机等白色家电和小型工业设备(</span><span>如</span><span>工业用机器人用的小容量电机等)中</span><span>,且非常适用于</span><span>各种变频器的功率转换。</span></p>

<p><span>近年来,随着物联网的普及,白色家电和工业设备的自动化进程加速,使得产品的功耗不断增加,为了有效利用有限的地球资源和电力,</span><span>对</span><span>进一步降低功耗的需求</span><span>不断提高</span><span>,</span><span>与此同时</span><span>,对于负责功率转换工作的功率半导体之一IGBT以及配备了IGBT的模块,也提出了进一步降低功耗的要求。</span></p>

<p><span>另一方面,在IGBT IPM的开发中,为了降低功耗通常会优先考虑低损耗,致使产品噪声特性恶化的情况较多,这就需要改善噪声特性。</span></p>

<p><span>在这种情况下,ROHM新开发出四款可同时降低辐射噪声和功率损耗</span><span>、</span><span>并在这两方面均实现了业内超高特性的IGBT IPM系列产品。</span></p>

<p><span>此次开发的新产品通过优化内置FRD(Fast Recovery Diode,快速恢复二极管)的软恢复性能和内置IGBT,与普通产品相比,辐射噪声降低6dB以上(峰值比较时),这使得削减以往所需的噪声滤波器成为可能。</span><span>此外,还配备了已实现更低损耗的最新IGBT元件,与ROHM以往产品相比,新产品的功率损耗降低了6%(fc=15kHz时),已达到业界超高水平,有助于降低各种应用设备的功耗。</span><span>并</span><span>且,该系列产品还显著改善了温度监控功能,实现了±2%(相当于2</span><span>℃</span><span>)的高精度,这使得削减以往高精度温度监控器所需的外置热敏电阻数量</span><span>同样</span><span>成为可能,有助于减少元器件数量和设计工时。不仅如此,此次的新产品还新增了安装在电路板上之后的产品识别功能,有助于防止误装。</span></p>
