<p><span>ROHM通过</span><span>组合</span><span>SerDes IC和摄像头</span><span>用</span><span>PMIC</span><span>的新产品,</span><span>来解决这些问题。</span><span>此外,由于两种产品都具有展频功能,因此</span><span>EMI</span><span>更低,而</span><span>EMI</span><span>对策一直是车载应用设计中的一个主要负担,</span><span>这将有助于减少EMI对策的设计工时</span><span>。</span></p>

<p><span>用于</span><span>摄像头的PMIC(电源管理IC)</span><span>“</span><span>BD86852MUF-C</span><span>”</span><span>可以为</span><span>各主要制造商的CMOS图像传感器</span><span>的电源系统提供更好的管理功能。</span><span>由于仅通过</span><span>单个</span><span>IC即可进行电压设置和时序控制,因此可将安装面积减少约41%,从而有助于车载摄像头模块</span><span>实现</span><span>小型化。另外,由于电路结构</span><span>可将集中在</span><span>摄像头</span><span>用</span><span>PMIC</span><span>上</span><span>的热量</span><span>分散开</span><span>,因此通过抑制发热量,实现了78.6%的高转换效率,有助于进一步降低功耗。</span></p>

<p><span>SerDes IC</span><span>“</span><span>BU18xMxx-C</span><span>”</span><span>已于2021年2月开始提供样品(样品价格1,000日元</span><span>?9?1</span><span>/个,不含税),预计从2021年6月开始暂以月产20万个的规模投入量产。另外,</span><span>用于</span><span>摄像头</span><span>的</span><span>PMIC</span><span>“</span><span>BD86852MUF-C</span><span>”</span><span>已于2021年1月起以月产50万个的规模投入量产(样品价格500日元/个,不含税)。</span></p>

<p><span>本产品还配备有用来检测图像</span><span>冻结</span><span>状态的功能。除了通过比较从CMOS图像传感器到解串器的MIPI CRC值来确认图像是否准确传输的基本功能外,还可通过在串行器中始终对摄像头图像的数据帧CRC值与其前后的值进行比较,来监控图像冻结问题。如果数据帧CRC值持续一致,则可通过输出错误标志来通知后段的IC发生了图像冻结问题,这将有助于提高ADAS系统的可靠性。</span></p>
