<p><span>全球知名半导体制造商ROHM(总部位于日本京都市)开发出</span><span>内置有2枚</span><span>耐压±40V和±60V</span><span>的M</span><span>OSFET</span><span>且</span><span>支持24V输入的双极MOSFET*</span><span>1</span><span>“</span><span>QH8Mx5/SH8Mx5系列(Nch+Pch*</span><span>2</span><span>)</span><span>”</span><span>,非常适用于FA等工业设备和基站(冷却风扇)的电机驱动。</span></p>
<p><span>近年来,</span><span>为了支持</span><span>工业设备和基站的电机所使用的24V输入,MOSFET</span><span>作为用于驱动的器件,需要</span><span>具备</span><span>考虑到电压稳定裕度的、</span><span>40V和60V的耐压能力。此外,为了进一步提高电机的效率并减小尺寸,对于MOSFET还提出了更低导通电阻和高速开关工作的要求。</span></p>
<p><span>在这种背景下,ROHM继2020年年底发布的新一代Pch MOSFET*</span><span>2</span><span>之后,此次又开发出在Nch中融入新微细工艺的第6代40V和60V耐压的MOSFET。通过这种组合,使ROHM</span><span>在支持</span><span>24V输入</span><span>的</span><span>±40V和±60V耐压级别拥有了业界先进的Nch+Pch双极MOSFET产品。此外,为了满足更广泛的需求,ROHM还开发出+40V和+60V耐压的</span><span>“</span><span>QH8Kxx / SH8Kxx系列(Nch+Nch)</span><span>”</span><span>,产品阵容已</span><span>达</span><span>12款。</span></p>
<p><span>本系列产品采用ROHM新工艺,实现了业界超低的导通电阻,±40V耐压产品的导通电阻比普通产品低61%(双极MOSFET的Pch部分比较),有助于进一步降低各种设备的功耗。此外,通过将两枚器件集成到一个封装中,有助于通过减少安装面积</span><span>从而</span><span>实现设备的小型化,还有助于减少器件选型(Nch和Pch的组合)的时间。</span></p>
<p><span>本系列产品已于2021年3月开始暂以月产100万个的规模投入量产(样品价格 250日元/个,不含税)。另外,新产品也已开始电商销售,</span><span>可通过</span><span>电商平台Ameya360购买。</span></p>
