&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 在很多电子产品设计与应用中经常会涉及到升压电路的设计,对于较大的功率输出,比如<span>70W</span>以上的<span>DC-DC</span>升压电路,由于专用升压芯片封装散热的局限性,导致内部开关管的功率受到限制,很难做到集成<span>MOS</span>开关管的大功率升压转换<span>IC</span>。尤其内置<span>MOS</span>管的同步升压芯片在大功率应用更是如此;又或者芯片的价格昂贵,在一般民用消费电子产品应用时受到很大限制。所以传统<span>70W</span>以上的<span>DC-DC</span>升压电路基本上都是采用控制器外接开关管的<span>Boost</span>升压结构。但是这种升压电路也有很多弊端:外围电路复杂、<span>PCB</span>空间大、布局布线要求高,否则容易产生振铃、驱动能力不够、输出电压不稳、效率低、甚至烧机,最终调试过程繁琐,成本反而高。<span></span>

<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>放电过程:开关管截止,此时<span>Q1</span>相当于断开,由于电感有反向电动势作用,电感的电流不能突变。电感只能通过<span>D1</span>、负载、<span>C2</span>回路放电,也就是电感开始给电容<span>C2</span>充电,加上充电之前电容<span>C2</span>电压,因此电容两端电压升高。<span></span>
